"We first met Laura at an open house when we began our house hunting journey. She called me back the same day to follow up and we ended up not expressing interest in the property. Fast forward several months and many more open houses later, we decided to have Laura become our realtor. In the interim Laura had sent us several listings, customized a search output and generated a house listing index that she would periodically email to us. All this while she was not even officially representing us.
That is who Laura is. She is a genuinely nice person who seems to enjoy interacting with people and derives joy from her work. She is also doggedly determined, she will make phone calls follow through on leads and get the job done. During our house buying process we went to innumerable open houses, looked at countless listings and spent a lot of time talking to Laura. My wife and daughter looked forward to meeting Laura every single time. The house we finally purchased ended up taking longer than expected and Laura kept in touch with the seller?s agent all through the process.
We sold our condo through Laura as well because she was the person we grew to trust and rely upon. We came up with a strategy and implemented it. Laura called us several times when we were dragging our feet. You need your realtor to do that sometimes. I can?t recommend Laura enough. She still periodically texts me from time to time. I ask her for advice on trusted people for landscaping, painting and such. She is all about building relationships and goal-oriented transactions. I highly recommend Laura Parkington and my family does too.
